Chers parents,
Tout d’abord, un immense merci aux parents ayant répondu à notre invitation à la fête de l’école et à ceux qui se sont portés volontaires pour aider lors de cet événement. Pour ceux qui ne l’ont pas encore fait, merci de bien vouloir remplir et retourner le coupon réponse à Andrea, Anne ou Douglas, votre retour est primordial à l’organisation de cette fête. Pour rappel, pour des raisons logistiques mais surtout de sécurité (particulièrement dans ce contexte de plan vigipirate renforcé en France), il est crucial pour l’APE de recevoir les réponses de tous, même de ceux qui ne pourront pas être présents. Dans ce souci de sécurité, nous allons mettre en place une liste d’invités et ne pourrons malheureusement pas accepter les personnes qui ne seront pas inscrites.
Par ailleurs, l’APE se tiendra à votre disposition pendant le mois de juin lors de préventes durant lesquelles vous pourrez acheter des cartes de restauration (utilisables pour l’achat de boissons et de desserts lors de la fête), cartes de kermesse pour vos enfants, commandes de menus food truck (le food truck n’aura que peu de stock le jour J pour des commandes spontanées) et tickets de tombola.
Ces préventes auront lieu dans la cour de l’école sur les créneaux suivants :
– vendredi 07/06 : de 17h30 à 19h
– mercredi 12/06 : de 12h à 12h45
– vendredi 14/06 : de 8h à 8h45 ET de 16h30 à 17h30
– mercredi 19/06 : de 12h à 12h45
– vendredi 21/06 : de 8h à 8h45
– mercredi 26/06 : de 12h à 12h45

Dear parents,
First of all, a huge thank you to all the parents who took the time to reply to our school party invitation and who volunteered to help with the organisation of the event. For those of you who didn’t do it already, please make sure to fill in the reply coupon and give it back to Andrea, Anne or Douglas, your reply is essential for the organisation of the party. For logistical reasons but also and mainly for safety reasons (especially within the context of maximum security level in France), it is absolutely crucial for the APE to receive answers from all of you, even if you can not attend the event. For safety purposes, we will create a guests list and we will not be able to accept the parents who will not be registered to the event.
In addition, the APE parents will be organizing presales in June where you will be able to buy some food vouchers (to be used to buy drinks and food during the school party), school fair vouchers for your children, food truck menu vouchers (the food truck will only have limited stock on D day for spontaneous orders) and lottery tickets.
These pre sales will take place in the school yard on these specific dates :
– Friday 07/06 : from 5:30pm to 7pm
– Wednesday 12/06 : from 12 to 12:45pm
– Friday 14/06 : from 8 to 8:45am AND from 4:30 to 5:30pm
– Wednesday 19/06 : from 12 to 12:45pm
– Friday 21/06 : from 8 to 8:45am
– Wednesday 26/06 : from 12 to 12:45pm
